It will take your mind off from all your tiredness, depression or job stress.

All you need is digital camera, a few batteries for it, camera case to protect your digital equipment and desire to be creative or kind
of creative.
You don’t need to spend a lots of money to do it. To start with something simple in the beginning go with 200-300 dollars. As you will learn and enjoy you will get more accessories for your camera. Like I said all you need is a inexpensive digital camera, rechargeable batteries ( check it here:

I have had just two digital cameras in the past. And it become a really good hobby for me.
